Formula B&B includes accommodation, breakfast and daily room cleaning.
Services and facilities: Safety deposit - Bar –coin washing machine- private parking - Children's playground- Ping-Pong - Pool (for adults and children) with solarium and hydromassage - private beach (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment. Nearby you’ll find: Restaurants - Tennis court / Football - Diving Center – Windsurfing school – Horse Riding - Car rental, pedal boats, surfing, mountainbike, scooter - medical assistance - baby-sitter (on prior request) - transfer from the airport of Lamezia Terme and from several railway stations. Possibility to organize various excursions.
The indicated prices include: water, electricity, gas, SKY TV, swimming pool, private beach (1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs), entertainment (+ miniclub for children) in July and August, children's playground, parking, shuttle service to and from the beach, transfer from Ricadi train station. Each apartment is equipped with TV, telephone and fully equipped kitchen.
Additional costs: obligatory final cleaning € 50,00. Cot: € 35,00/week (free if the child does not aument the maximum number of beds occupied). Coin washing machine. Rental of Bed linen or towels: € 8,00/person/week. Rental of Bed linen and towels: € 12,00/person/week.
Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted.
Pets: Small pets welcome (please specify at the time of booking) (supplement for the disinfestation of the apartment: € 30,00).
Safety deposit: € 150,00 refundable upon departure after checking of the apartment.
Booking conditons: Your stay begins on Saturday at 17:00 and ends on Saturday at 10:00. Reservations will be valid only if accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total rental price.
Terms of Cancellation: In case of cancellation, please inform the Reception of the holiday village by
Letter, fax or email. We will apply the following reimbursement rules:
• cancellation more than 30 days from the date of arrival: 90% of the deposit will be refunded;
• Cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days from the date of arrival: 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed;
• less than 15 days from the date of arrival: no refund possible.
Any reduction of the period of stay is considered as a waiver of the reservation.
